Locasians Community Events website provides organisers and commercial companies the opportunity to publicise their family and community events and commercial entertainment to members of the Asian and wider communities.

Locasians is a searchable events listing service that is available on all AMG websites and publicised in its weekly and monthly publications.

To use the service it is necessary to complete the Events listing form with all contact fields and a valid website URL, accurate email addresses and telephone numbers as well as correct place addresses for the events.

Rules of Entry

We have set these Rules so that everyone can get the most out of our Listings, Events and Community Information Services.

If you are posting listings, events or community information, please ensure you stick to the Rules as stated here.

If you are a visitor/user, please let us know if you feel any entries you see infringe these Rules.

RULES

Companies and organisers are invited to post listings, events and community information on our website, but are expected to bear in mind that Locasians Community Events is aimed at providing an information service to the general public including families.

Community Events and attractions must be open to the general public; whilst age restrictions may apply in certain cases for safety or legal reasons, entry must not be restricted only to members of clubs or organisations.

Commercial company’s listings: Such as night clubs/discos/dance hall venues and theatres may have age, dress code and local restrictions for their paying customers.

Double and repetitive entries for the same or similar events are not permitted.

Events or attractions of X-rated or adult-only nature are not permitted.

Event entries must be kept up to date, especially in relation to cancellations or amendments to time or venue. (The system auto-deletes listings after the closing date).

Places entries are intended as further information for people looking for somewhere to go.

Content of entries must meet normal standards of decency and taste. This means your entry and its wording must not:

* be likely to cause offence to or be an adverse influence on website users of any age

* be racist or sexist, sexually explicit, provocative, offensive, blasphemous or abusive

* contain swear words or other language likely to offend

* promote or encourage unlawful, distasteful, unsafe or dangerous activities

* breach anyone else’s copyright, or pretend to be from someone other than yourself or your organisation

* be inaccurate, out-of-date, malicious, mischievous

* be written in anything other than plain English

* contain information which you are not properly and fully authorised to post

Linked websites and linked PDF’s files available on our event listings must comply with the same standards of decency and taste.

Organisers and advertisers must also note and accept the relevant Terms and Conditions relating to trade, copyright, liability etc which are listed on the current AMG website.

Events Listings
Basic events are listed FREE

Commercial Listing must be paid for.

Linked Listings are charged on a monthly basis.

Payment is by credit card or cheque.
(Cheques made payable to: Asian Trade Publications Limited).

All copy and content are the responsibility of the event organiser and commercial company submitting copy to Locasians website.
